The Facility Management Master Craft Diploma Program is a professional training and interactive learning process, which is aimed at equipping practicing/professional Facility Managers with up-to-date industry knowledge and technical skills, tools, and templates.
This training is for anyone engaged in, interested in the Facility Management industry, or managing a built environment. Individuals who would like to make the transition from any prior field of study and experience into facility management as a career of choice are more than welcome.
Accordingly, the program is structured to cater to those who may require employment or run businesses in facility management. Participants are expected to undergo three (3) months of rigorous training and live classroom presentations, discussions, field inspections, and exams to earn the FM Master Craft Certificate. Those who wish to pursue the FM Master Craft Diploma will be guided through 6 sets of practical workplace FM projects.
Physical Training: The training will be taken at the Max-Migold Training Center at HDRC Building, University of Lagos Main Campus, (from 10 am-4 pm on Saturday).
This package is designed for busy executives and others who would prefer to participate in a one-class weekly schedule.
Fees: Non-Refundable Application Fee – ₦7,500 and Program Fees – ₦450,000 for a total ₦457,500 exclusive of VAT.
The physical class is designed to ensure that participants possess all the requirements to guarantee exceptionally good FM jobs and FM contracts after going through the program (refer to testimonials from the current and previous groups of participants who got fantastic offers while attending the FM Mastercraft Program).
Moreover, this program provides the flexibility of joining regardless of your geographical location. Going by our statistics, we have had several participants from different parts of Nigeria, Africa, Europe, and Asia. So far, the program has trained over 250 people.
Finally, a comprehensive exam and a series of 6 real FM projects which can be completed in 3 to 6 months following the training. Participants who are out of work or wish to switch to facility management can participate in a 6-months internship program where they learn and develop their projects on the job.
Expected Outcomes
Graduates will be ISO certified, with the Federal Government of Nigeria Council for Management Development (CMD) and Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD) accredited certificate of training from Max-Migold Ltd, the frontrunner in Facility Management education in Nigeria.
Mode of Entry and Eligibility Requirements
Interested candidates who fall in any of the following categories can apply for the program. A one-to-one interview to discuss the individual’s background and experience, as well as required areas of career advancement, will provide the basis for adapting the training to individual needs.
- Individuals who have worked in people-facing and management roles in any industry.
- Fresh University and Polytechnic Graduates in Engineering, Sciences, Environmental, Social Sciences, Architecture, Building, Business, Survey, Estates, and Education.
Graduates from any other discipline with years of experience working in the built environment in any capacity.
- OND holders from any discipline with work experience in the built environment as a Receptionist, Foreman, Admin, Clerk, Maintenance, Supervisor, etc.
