Facility Management Master Craft Diploma

Overview

The Facility Management Master Craft Diploma Program is aimed at equipping practising/professional Facility Managers with up-to-date industry knowledge and skills, tools, templates. Individuals who would like to make the transition from any prior field of study and experience into facility management as a career of choice are also welcome. Ultimately, the program is structured to cater to those who may require employment or run businesses in facility management.

The program is designed to ensure that participants possess all the requirement to guarantee very good FM jobs after going through the program ( refer to testimonies from the current batch of participants who got fantastic offers in the course of attending the FM Mastercraft Program).

The regular classes will run for a period of 3 months of live classroom presentations, discussions, field inspections and exams to earn the FM MasterCraft certificate.

Those who wish to pursue the FM Master Craft Diploma will be guided through 6 sets of monthly workplace practical projects,

Classes will hold Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 4pm to 7pm.

The FM Master Craft Saturday Exclusive is for busy executives and others who would prefer a more flexible arrangement to participate in a one class weekly schedule to hold on Saturdays from 12noon to 3pm.

FEE ₦265,000

Non-Refundable Application Fee – ₦7,500

per participant for training materials (videos, soft copies learning resources), classes and certificate.

Expected Outcomes

Candidates will graduate with the Federal Government of Nigeria Council for Management Development (CMD) and Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD) accredited certificate of training from Max-Migold Ltd, the frontrunner in Facility Management education in Nigeria.

Mode of Entry and Eligibility Requirements

Interested candidates who fall in any of the following categories can apply for the program. A one to one interview to discuss the individual’s background and experience as well as required areas of career advancement will provide the basis for adapting the training to individual needs.

  • Individuals who have worked in people-facing and management roles in any industry.
  • Fresh University and Polytechnic Graduates from Engineering, Sciences, Environmental, Social Sciences, Architecture, Building, Business, Survey, Estates and Education.
    Graduates from any other disciplines with years of experience working in the built environment in any capacity.
  • OND holders from any discipline with work experience in the built environment as a Receptionist, Foreman, Admin, Clerk, Maintenance, Supervisor, etc.

Training Methodology

  • Facilitator-led classroom presentations with discussions, workshops, practical site visits, inspections, work placement and internship opportunity.
  • Facilitators for the program are experienced certified FM Professionals, Building Services Engineering Consultants and University Academics.

Venue

The classes will be held live in class at Max-Migold Training Center at HRDC Building, University of Lagos Main Campus, Yaba, Lagos and participants can join via zoom video telepresence from anywhere in the world. This experience is just like being in class; you attend classes online- live. You can ask and answer questions and everyone will hear you and see you, the only difference is that you will not be sitting on our chairs.
